本站 1week8days.com 由 Hill Head Investment Group（紐西蘭）經營。我們只收集提供服務所必需的資訊。
我們收集什麼
- 購買時：你填寫的電子信箱、購買的商品、金額、付款方式、訂單號和支付渠道返回的交易號。
- 付款資訊：銀行卡號、支付賬戶等由微信支付、支付寶、Stripe 等支付服務直接處理，我們看不到也不儲存。
- 瀏覽時：網站託管在 Cloudflare，訪問時會產生常規的技術日誌（如 IP 地址、瀏覽器型別）。我們根據訪客所在地區判斷先播放 YouTube 還是 B站，並據此顯示簡體或繁體頁面。
- 本地設定：在你的瀏覽器裡儲存幾個小設定：簡繁選擇（
lang）、所在國家（cf_country），以及你選的播放平臺。這些只用來顯示網站，不用於廣告。 - 我們不使用廣告追蹤或第三方統計程式碼。影片是在你點播放後，才從 YouTube 或 B站載入。
用來做什麼
- 處理訂單、傳送下載連結和購買確認郵件；
- 開通和管理播客會員；
- 處理退款和回答你的問題；
- 防止濫用（如限制下載次數）。
我們不出售你的個人資訊，也不會用它給你發營銷郵件，除非你另外訂閱。
交給誰處理
- Cloudflare：網站託管和訂單記錄儲存；
- Resend：傳送訂單郵件；
- Stripe、微信支付（通過虎皮椒）、支付寶：處理付款。
這些服務商可能在紐西蘭以外的地方處理資料，我們只向它們提供完成服務所需的資訊。
儲存多久
訂單記錄儲存約 13 個月，用於售後和退款；之後刪除，法律要求保留的除外。
你的權利
你可以要求檢視、更正或刪除我們儲存的你的個人資訊。寫信到 kefu@1week8days.com 即可。我們依照紐西蘭《2020 年隱私法》處理你的個人資訊。

1week8days.com is operated by Hill Head Investment Group, New Zealand. We collect only the information needed to provide our service.
What we collect
- When you buy: your email address, the items purchased, amount, payment method, order number and the transaction ID returned by the payment provider.
- Payment details such as card numbers or payment accounts are handled directly by WeChat Pay, Alipay, Stripe and other providers. We never see or store them.
- When you browse: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type). We use your approximate region to choose between YouTube and Bilibili and between Simplified and Traditional Chinese pages.
- Local settings: your browser stores a few small preferences: language (
lang), country (cf_country) and your preferred video platform. They are used only to display the site, not for advertising. - We use no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Videos load from YouTube or Bilibili only after you press play.
How we use it
To process orders and send download links and receipts, to provide podcast membership, to handle refunds and support requests, and to prevent abuse (for example, download limits). We do not sell your personal information or send you marketing email unless you subscribe separately.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting and order storage), Resend (order email), and Stripe, WeChat Pay (via XunhuPay) and Alipay (payments). These providers may process data outside New Zealand; we share only what is needed to provide the service.
Retention
Order records are kept for about 13 months for support and refunds, then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing kefu@1week8days.com. We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
