電子書
- 電子書是數字商品，下載後不退款。
- 付款後還沒有下載過的，可以在付款後 14 天內申請全額退款。
- 以下情況不受上面限制，我們會補發或者退款：重複付款；檔案損壞、打不開，而我們無法提供可用的檔案；付了款卻沒收到書。
播客年卡
- 購買或開通後 14 天內，可以全額退款，不問原因。
- 超過 14 天的，不按剩餘時間退款。
- 自動續費的年度會員可以隨時取消續費；取消後，已付費的這一年照常可以收聽，到期後不再扣費。續費扣款後 14 天內，同樣可以申請全額退款。
怎麼申請
- 寫信到 kefu@1week8days.com，附上付款時填的電子信箱和訂單號（或付款時間和金額）。
- 我們核實後原路退回：微信支付退回微信，支付寶退回支付寶，信用卡退回原卡。通常 7 個工作日內處理完，到賬時間取決於支付渠道。
- 退款後，這筆訂單的下載連結和收聽許可權會失效。
本政策不影響你依照所在地法律（包括紐西蘭《消費者保障法》）享有的權利。

Ebooks
- Ebooks are digital goods and are not refundable once downloaded.
- If you have not downloaded your ebook, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment.
- Regardless of the above, we will replace the file or refund you if you were charged twice, if the file is damaged or will not open and we cannot provide a working copy, or if you paid but did not receive the book.
Podcast annual pass and membership
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase or activation, for any reason.
- After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for the remaining period.
- You can cancel automatic renewal at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid year and will not be charged again. A renewal charge can also be refunded in full if requested within 14 days.
How to request a refund
Email kefu@1week8days.com with the email address used at checkout and your order number (or the payment time and amount). Refunds go back to the original payment method (WeChat Pay, Alipay or card), are usually processed within 7 business days, and arrival time depends on the payment provider. Download links and listening access for a refunded order are revoked.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
