1. 我們賣什麼
- 電子書：《笑讀巴菲特和蒙格》等電子書，EPUB 格式，每筆訂單同時提供簡體版和繁體版。
- 播客：單本播客和播客年卡（會員）。節目上線後，在本站或通過專屬訂閱地址收聽。
2. 價格和付款
- 價格以下單時頁面上顯示的為準。微信支付和支付寶以人民幣結算，信用卡以美元結算。
- 付款由第三方支付服務處理（微信支付、支付寶、Stripe 等），我們看不到也不儲存你的銀行卡或支付賬戶資訊。
3. 交付
- 付款成功後，成功頁上可以直接下載，下載連結也會發到你填寫的電子信箱。
- 下載連結 7 天內有效，每筆訂單有下載次數上限；過期或用完後，寫信給我們重新發送。
- 請填寫能正常收信的電子信箱。因電子信箱填錯收不到郵件的，聯絡我們處理。
4. 使用許可
- 你購買的是個人使用許可：可以在自己的裝置上閱讀和收聽。
- 不得轉售、共享、公開發布或以其他方式分發電子書檔案、音訊、下載連結或會員訂閱地址。
- 檔案中可能帶有購買者標記。發現違規分發的，我們可以終止相關下載和收聽許可權，並保留依法追究的權利。

1. What we sell
- Ebooks, such as 《笑讀巴菲特和蒙格》 (The Funniest Moments: Buffett & Munger), in EPUB format. Each order includes both Simplified and Traditional Chinese editions.
- Podcasts: single-book podcasts and an annual podcast pass (membership), available on this site or through a private feed once episodes are released.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are as shown at checkout. WeChat Pay and Alipay are charged in Chinese yuan (CNY); cards are charged in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed by third-party providers (WeChat Pay, Alipay, Stripe and others). We never see or store your card or payment account details.
3. Delivery
After payment you can download immediately from the confirmation page, and the download links are also emailed to you. Links are valid for 7 days and have a download limit per order. Contact us if they expire or if you entered the wrong email address.
4. Licence
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to read and listen on your own devices. You may not resell, share, publish or otherwise distribute the files, audio, download links or private feed URLs. Files may carry a purchaser mark. We may revoke access in cases of unauthorised distribution and reserve our legal rights.

6. About our content
This site and our publications are independent works, not affiliated with, authorised or endorsed by Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Warren Buffett or Charlie Munger. Quotations are used for commentary, explanation and education; copyright remains with the original rights holders. Nothing on this site is investment advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses. This does not affect rights you have by law that cannot be excluded by contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. We may update them and will post changes on this page with a new date. Orders completed before an update are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
